Best in Story
AMG Skilled Hands Technological College (ASHTEC) received an award from Technical Education for Skills Development Authority (TESDA) last June 15, 2015 for winning the competition: “Tatak TESDA Video Making Contest Year 2”. The ASHTEC’s entry for this competition won the Best in Story among its competitors from Region III. The competition was exclusive to all Technical-Vocational schools in the region.
The school’s entry focused on the life testimony of Ms. Annalyn Vasallo, a female welding instructor of the school. She clearly states how grateful she is to ASHTEC and TESDA for giving her the opportunity to study that led to her present employment as ASHTEC’s welding instructor.
Her life story serves as an inspiration to the viewers as well as to the ASHTEC students, teachers and personnel.
