When he enrolled in ASHTEC, his first choice was to take Information and Communication Technology. But since all the slots were taken, he was forced to shift to Electronics and Communication Technology. During his studies, he got involved in different school organizations as a member and an officer. He learned a lot of things about good manners and right conduct. ASHTEC also honed his academic and technical skills.
He took his On-the-Job Training (OJT) at the Regional Office of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) in Pampanga. His responsibilities include technical, newsletter designing tarpaulin and billboard and encoding. He always tell his officemates that he studied at ASHTEC and completed his course in Electronics and Communications Technology. He had the chance to work with the TESDA under the Provincial Director of Pampanga, Pampanga Governor, Mayor, Senator even Mr. Joel Villanueva and at one time, under the Office of President Noynoy Aquino.
After a year at TESDA , he resigned to explore other opportunities. Then he met Ms. Mylene Sumastre who offered him to be her business partner and he readily accepted the offer. Today, he is the Officer-In-Charge of their company, Meril Builders and Manpower Services.
