MOA Signing between ASHTEC and Park Ridge School of Montessori

A Memorandum of Agreement signing was held between the AMG Skilled Hands Technological College (represented by Mr. Francisco Pascual Jr., Chief Executive Officer) and Park Ridge School of Montessori in San Miguel, Bulacan (represented by Ms. Luisa Manahan, School Directress) at the La Familia Restaurant, Baliwag, Bulacan last September 11, 2015 at 4:00 in the afternoon. Students of AMG Skilled Hands Technological College (ASHTEC) elected new members to serve in the Student Council (SC). It was a culmination of a week-long electoral activities in which the candidates canvassed for votes. The election was held at the Computer Laboratory last August 15, 2015. Nine candidates were elected by the students to represent them as members of the SC. The newly elected SC Officers were recognized during the Induction Ceremony held last August 24, 2015 at the Plenary Hall of ASHTEC. ASHTEC and TPKI Foundation Sign MOA for Training Partnership

AMG Skilled Hands Technological College (ASHTEC) recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Talete King Panyulung Kapampangan Foundation, Inc. (TPKI), formalizing their partnership training last August 6, 2015 at San Jose, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.   TPKI Executive Director Gina H. Marin, led the MOA signing with the ASHTEC President and Chief-Executive-Officer (CEO) Mr. Francisco Pascual Jr., and Chief-Operating-Officer (COO) Mr. Ricardo Padilla II. ALUMNI ORGANIZATION RAISES FUNDS

The program was led by the Alumni Organization President, Mr. Arnaldo Rubi. During the program, coin banks assigned to all alumni were brought and opened. This is a fund raising program organized by the Alumni aimed at raising funds for the underprivileged youth. Mr. Francisco Pascual Jr., the school President and CEO, was the featured speaker. He shared that people must give generously and not grudgingly. He also tackled the results and reasons of giving heartily. Mr. Pascual encouraged the Alumni to make a difference in one’s life by giving generously. A total of ten alumni attended the event.

ASHTEC OJTs RECONCILED AGAIN

ASHTEC Batch 28 of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Electronics and Communication Technology (ECT) and Batch 29 of Welding Technology held their second fellowship last July 19, 2015. Their first fellowship was held last June , 2015. It took place at Tambayan Resto, Brgy. Cut-cot, Pulilan,Bulacan.A total of seventy attendees were present .Mr. Eric Ebenezer Quitalig, Character and Development Department Manager, shared a message about Valuing and adapting the values of others to the OJTs.

SRI LANKANS VISIT ASHTEC

Guests from Sri Lanka visited AMG Skilled Hands Technological College last July 12-16, 2015. The 5-day visit was aimed at getting firsthand knowledge and the best practices of ASHTEC in Transformative education, Character Development and sustainability of the school. The guests witnessed actual hands-on training and toured ASHTEC facilities. They also had interactions with ASHTEC staff and personnel. They were able to understand the role of the various departments of the school and its on-going projects and activities.
