AMG Skilled Hands Technological College (Cebu Branch) has proven that academic and skills excellence is what makes the school stand out from the rest.

ASHTEC Cebu bagged three (3) medals from the two-day Provincial Skills competition 2015 held at the Regional Training Center of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) in Cebu City.

The skills competition was open to all technical and vocational schools in the province. It showcased the capability of students from various schools in Designing. ASHTEC had four entries: two in Visual Design category and two in Web Development Design category. Among the participants are: AMA Cebu, University of Cebu Lapu-lapu, Britech College, IITMC and ASHTEC.

ASHTEC won three medals courtesy of the following students: Mr. Samuel Docena, a gold medal and Mr. Junrey Tejas, a bronze medal in Web Development Design category; while Mr. Keith Russel Alegado, a gold medal in Graphics Design category. Their instructors,
Mr. Arjay Estorico and Mr. Jomar Arceo helped them prepare their entries. These three winners will represent ASHTEC in the Regional Skills Competition on September 2015.
